Antiques

I love antiques but I have come to learn that over time, objects collect the energy of the people who owned them, repaired them, touched them, etc. When an item is handed down from generation to generation, whatever happened in that family clings to the object. Also, when we buy antiques we are buying whatever energy that object came from…good and bad.
As a space clearer, I have learned to remove that old pattern of energy so that these items won’t bring anything you don’t want with them.
That “creepy old house” feeling is gone and the real beauty of the object can be appreciated!

Paranormal Activity

Clearing work in and around the Saratoga Battlefield continues! On Haas road I worked on a 9 acre area with a house, shed, fields, etc,.
When I arrived, the dogs were behaving very badly, the people reported fatigue, irritability, hyperactive behavior, headaches, etc. When the work was done, both dogs were calm (one was sleeping), the children were calm, and the mother was serene!
Everything looked bright and all were very happy. A few days later , I received word that everything was better and they will have me work on properties bordering theirs.

MONEY

If the bottom step of a staircase going to the second floor is faceing the front door (main entrance), this can symbolize money going out the door.
The cure is to hang a multi-faceted crystal between the bottom step and the front door. This will help slow and disperse the chi. Money can,t flow out so easily then.

I heard a great idea the other day. Limit your gifts for your family to three. We usually take care of daily needs during the year so Christmas doesn’t mean loading up with so many gifts that your loved ones can’t even remember who gave them what. Three meaningful gifts, one large two small, is a good thrifty tradition to start in your family!
Wise gift-giving is good Feng Shui!

Outdoor Decorating

Before the snow is on the ground is the right time to hang up the outdoor decorations. Do it this week before the big dinner! You won’t have to worry about it later and their won’t be snow and ice to contend with.
If you live in a snow free zone…lucky you!

Close Proximity

If your house is close a busy street, next to a cemetery, at the bottom of a steep hill, or next to a fast moving stream; you are probably losing vital energy. these places sap our strength!
Even heavy duty power lines nearby can make you tired and irritable.
choose your home with land around it if possible and plant trees and shrubs as a barrier to eyesores and unsettling places like cemeteries, funeral homes, or land fills.

Sleep Color

In the quest for better sleep, we must be aware of every aspect of the bedroom environment. If the bedroom is yellow, lime green, orange, or tomato red, you are not going to get sleep that is deep enough and long enough. These colors are mentally and physically stimulating, not restful!
Good sleep is good Feng Shui!

Eco-friendly cleaning

So many of us have strong reactions to chemicals in cleaning products. We are also trying to leave as little an imprint on the ecology of the planet.
Here’s a helpful tip…to clean sinks, mix 3 parts cream of tarter to one part hydrogen peroxide. this paste is super on stainless steel and on porcelain.
Eco-friendly is good Feng Shui!
