Seeking Better Sleep II

The latest research shows two important factors that affect your sleep. First, there must be total darkness. Even the illuminated numbers on the clock willcause a part of your brain to stay awake and alert! Also, the room should be at least 5 degrees cooler that the rest of the house. The body produces melatonin when it is cooler, which helps you sleep better.

Add these two factors to the Feng Shui rules of the bedroom and you will sleep a deep and healthy sleep. If you are new to Feng Shui, here are the rules: 1. No TV in the bedroom! 2. No computer in the bedroom! 3. Little or no books in the bedroom! 4. No mirrors that can be seen from the bed! 5. No ceiling fan hanging over the bed! 6. No bathroom opening directly into the bedroom!

If any of these are a problem in your home, and you aren’t getting the quality of sleep you desire, call me and I can help you solve the problem.

Good sleep is good Feng Shui!
