Vitamin D
In the winter it is harder to stay upbeat and healthy. Why? Because there is a lot less sunshine and we are outdoors a lot less. Try to get exposed to as much natural light as possible. Your body needs to produce Vitamin D for good bone and cell health. Fifteen minutes a day of sunlight is all it takes! The side benefit is that our spirits are uplifted when we spend more time in natural light!
